Abstract. As the process of educational informatization continues, the issue of how to connect information technology with teaching has emerged as a critical direction in educational development. Information technology advancements have had a tremendous impact on the transformation of teaching methods, and the use of information technology in the classroom is a critical instrument under the new curriculum standards. The appropriate integration of information technology and digital teaching, as well as the use of information learning resources, promote the development of new talents who have a feeling of exploration and creativity.
Artificial intelligence (AI) is becoming more prevalent in industrial and medical applications, and the widespread use of online education illustrates the scale of the AI market.
As technology progresses, traditional teaching is undergoing significant changes, and more personalized and intelligent instruction is being investigated. Artificial intelligence technology is the most recent advancement in IT-assisted teaching. Educational robots, as intelligent devices, are typical examples of artificial intelligence technology applied to the field of education, and their use in the classroom can help students develop their thinking and analyzing abilities, creativity and hands-on practice abilities, and problem-solving abilities!
The author of this article would also introduce the definition, classification, and characteristics of artificial intelligent educational robots, as well as the current challenges in the development of intelligent educational robots, as well as key technologies and typical examples of intelligent educational robot’s applications in the classroom, in the desperate hope that this research will aid in the better application of educational robots to the teaching process in the classroom.
