1. Due to unfavorable situation of the coronavirus infection outbreak (COVID-19) the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation recommended limiting in-person meetings (Order No. 398 dated 03/14/2020)
2. In accordance with the Decree of the Mayor of Moscow S. Sobyanin dated 03/16/2020 a high alert mode has inputted in Moscow
3. Scientific and educational activities with the number of participants of more than 50 people were temporarily suspended in Moscow
4. The conference will be held in distant format
5. Presentations of keynote speakers and participants will be posted on the website
6. The registration fee for distant format participation remains the same: 1,500 rubles and 750 rubles for graduate students
7. The conference organizing committee will fulfill all obligations for publication (Program, Proceedings) and indexing of Proceedings and will incur additional costs for post mailing conference materials and certificates to all participants

Following the results of the conference Conference Proceedings are planned to be published by RUDN University Publishing House. For Conference Proceedings it is necessary to attach a file (extended abstract) in the amount of 350 + 2000 words in the section “Application Form”:

Conference Proceedings are indexed in the RSCI database. Conference organizers are also planning to submit Conference Proceedings for indexing in the Web of Science database. Extended abstracts are accepted in English only.

The editorial board reserves the right to competitive selection of abstracts and extended abstracts.

From December 20, 2019 to March 1, 2020 for participants planning to submit abstracts or extended abstracts (application form, abstracts/extended abstracts, a screenshot of the anti-plagiarism verification (at least 75%).

Submission deadline is extended until March, 9!

Registration fee is 1500 rubles. For postgraduate students – 750 rubles.
Deadline – March, 16, 2020

Inter-university Student Forum “Big City Life in a Multilingual and Multicultural Society: Changes and Challenges”

Purpose of the Forum:
Bring together students and young scholars of leading Moscow Universities to share the results of their research related to the issues of management and development of all spheres of modern megapolis, i.e. social, legal, economic, political, environmental, sports, educational, healthcare, etc.
Forum language: English
